Rates & Fees
To have the practice we want for our patients, we primarily have a Fee For Service Psychiatric Practice, as opposed to an insurance-driven practice. This means we take only a select few insurances.
We focus on quality over quantity, on personalized service, rather than having insurance companies attempt to dictate what we can and cannot do for our patients. We accept cash and all major credit-cards. Payment is due at time of service.
If we do not accept your insurance, you will be issued a receipt which you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. You may wish to call your insurance company ahead of time to inquire about out-of-network benefits and reimbursement rates prior to your appointment if you plan to do this. Under some circumstances we will submit for a single case agreement with your insurance company, meaning, we will request to see you as a client even though we do not accept your specific plan.

Extended Services Are Available
Each of our patients will always receive the best care we can provide, regardless of the services they choose. However, you may feel you have special circumstances that warrant our Extended Services. You may want to schedule Same-Day or End-Of-Work-Day Appointments, or you may want the extra assurance of Enhanced Access to your provider.
If you wish to participate in Extended Services, please ask during the scheduling of your initial appointment or at any time you are scheduling follow-up appointments.
