Ugh… adulting.

Adulting can be tough, for sure! Ever have those moments when you’re paying bills, shopping, driving, or see yourself in the mirror and ask, “when did this happen?” There’s an old adage about a frog boiling in water… if you toss a frog in boiling water, it will jump out immediately. If you place the frog in room temperature water and slowly bring the water to a boil, the frog won’t realize until you suddenly have a delicious frog soup.

Becoming an adult can feel like that sometimes! There are occasionally moments which make us grow up fast but most often, we slowly transition into adulthood without really realizing. When we do have those moments of realization or shock, it can be unsettling and overwhelming. Trust us, you’re not alone in this.
